One of the things on S/V Nauti Kat is our fabulous food—and plenty of it! From a continental breakfast to start your morning to a late night snack to end your day, there is always something out on our counter. In addition to our full meals and mid-day snacks, there is always a fruit basket and snack bin stocked for your munchie attacks. Your drinks, non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are included. Our meals are served buffet-style and we have a variety of menus. Here’s a small sampling of what we currently serve:

Special diets

Our chef and galley staff are more than willing to accommodate restricted diets as long as they know in advance.

Please let us know in time to make special arrangements and purchases. A Vegan or  kosher diet cannot be accommodated,

but most others are easily met. We do ask that you not bring any food with you that needs to be refrigerated, as

we have limited cold storage on board, or any items in glass containers.

You will be provided with a trip manifest and a menu request after your charter has been booked. This must be returned to us within 30 days of your charter date.

Non-alcoholic drinks such as iced tea, lemon aid and soft drinks along with alcoholic drinks such as beer, wine, rum punch and champagne are provided as part of your charter package.

NOTE: The consumption of alcoholic beverages will limit your diving activity's as follows for your safety. After 1 drink you must have a 4 hour break before diving again, 2 or more drinks will require an 8 hour break. We reserve the right to limit or restrict the use of alcohol if we feel that the safety or well being of the individual or other passengers are in question.

For our spear fisherman and lobster hunters,  we  will prepare your catches on board for you. A Florida fishing license will be required and have to be purchased before boarding.
